How to Create a Help Desk Ticket

How to contact L-M Tech Support Services for assistance with service and support of school equipment.

You may connect directly to our help desk portal by going to the following address:
https://lmcsd.on.spiceworks.com/portal.  Simply enter your name, your e-mail address, and a description of your problem.  Please give as much detail as you can, including any measures you may have taken in trying to resolve the problem.  A technician will contact you to resolve the issue.  You will also receive an e-mail from the SpiceWorks system confirming your ticket.  Please keep this e-mail as it will have a link you can use to check status on the ticket.

 


You may contact the Technology Coordinator at X355.  This will reach either of the two tech offices.  If you get to voice mail leave a detailed message with your name and building.  A technician will contact you to resolve the issue.

How to check progress on your tech support/service issue.

 As we are using Spiceworks to track service requests you should receive e-mail updates as our technicians update the ticket.  You can check progress on an existing ticket by opening the confirmation e-mail you received and clicking on the link in that message.
